Menu Menu Paying Your Bill Twice an academic year you will receive a bill for the semester's charges via an electronic billing system (eBill). The university does not share paper bills. Student access Students may access their account by signing in to the Colgate Portal, visiting the Accounts section, and following the Touchnet View/Pay Bill link. You will need the card for facilities like the fitness center, dining halls, and the libraries. You also have the ability to add money to your card, allowing you use it like a debit card on campus and at select businesses in Hamilton.
