Each month we bring together the student leadership of multicultural student groups and Colgate fraternities and sororities to discuss programming and campus issues. Our goals are for every student group to support other groups' events, and also to avoid duplication of efforts and services.
Thrive (Brown Bag) Lunch
Wednesday of the month from 12:00-1:00 p.m., ALANA will sponsor “The Thriving Lunch,” a brown bag series dedicated to discussing issues with communities of colors and intersecting identities, with the intent to focus on thriving in your everyday life. “Thriving” means helping students to further their ethnic/racial identity exploration, find support and community, and strengthen their self-concept, esteem, and overall wellness. These lunches are open to anyone who would like to better thrive and/or support students in these goals! Come have a meal and dive deeper into how to better thrive with ALANA.
